Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 10 business days prior to a session will result in a partial refund. A $25.00 administrative fee will be applied to all refunds. No refunds will be made after that date unless the vacancy is filled.
Full refunds will be given if the Training Institute cancels a session.
Payment
Please include payment with your registration/applicaton. We do not accept credit cards at this time. Purchase orders are accepted.
Payments submitted with applications for Restorative Dialogue and Severe Criminal and Political Violence will be held until application is approved and returned promptly if applicant is not accepted.
Lodging
Lodging options are available upon request.
Meals
A continental breakfast is available daily 1/2 hour before the training begins. AM and PM breaks are served as well as lunch. Please indicate on your registration / application form if you have any special dietary needs.
